I am sure you have already experienced some challenges within each of your businesses which are uncontrollable. We have experienced some of these ourselves in the logistics department due to the limitations of transport and warehouse operating times.
We are pleased to inform you that we still do not foresee any stock issues. Our logistics team has spent a lot of time over the past months making sure that we have enough stock to supply our loyal and long-term customers over the next few months. While there might be slight delays in product delivery, please rest assured that your business is important to us and current customers’ orders will be prioritised over new business.
We are in the process of evaluating our stock situation and do so on a weekly basis to monitor any changes. These will be communicated with each customer regularly and you will be informed immediately should we foresee any challenges whatsoever. If there are any changes on your side with regards to product demand, please do inform us as soon as you can, so that we can create a plan together with you to ensure ongoing supply.
