Internship programme

The internship programme aims to bridge the gap between education and industry by providing interns with practical experience, nurturing their developing talent, and empowering them to make a meaningful contribution to their chosen research field and the industry.

At Chemuniqué, we take pride in selecting the brightest minds and providing them with the opportunity and foundation to make a difference in the industry. We traditionally select two to three bright candidates per year and provide them with a monthly stipend as they join the research team on daily activities such as feed mixing, as well as participating in all aspects of the research farm itself.

What sets us apart is our commitment to global exposure through exchange programs with various countries, including Thailand, Colombia, and the United States (US). We aim to broaden their horizons and foster a deep understanding of international perspectives. If the research of the respective intern is of high quality, we also go the extra mile in supporting them in presenting their ground-breaking research on an international platform. At the moment, we are proud of having bragging rights for achieving excellence awards at every Poultry Science conference that we’ve had the pleasure of attending in the US.

This investment in our interns not only enriches their professional journey but also fosters innovation, creating a win-win scenario for both the individual as well as the industry itself.

“I am one of the products of the internship programme at Chemuniqué. I started as an intern working on the research farm, from where I grew to run the NIR lab and now I run the limestone lab and I do the product registrations. There is always growth and support in terms of what you want to do and where you want to go. So, for me, it’s really been a life-changing experience.”
