Chemuniqué takes on the #JerusalemaDanceChallenge

During his national address on 16 September when he announced that the country would move to lockdown Alert Level 1 from 21 September President Ramaphosa surprised the nation by endorsing Master KG’s hit single, Jerusalema, featuring Nomcebo Zikode, and urging all South Africans to participate in a nationwide dance challenge to celebrate Heritage Day.

“There can be no better way to celebrate our South African-ness than to join the global phenomenon that is spreading across the world, that is the Jerusalema dance challenge. The Jerusalema song that I love so much!”

President Cyril Ramaphosa
